Dynamic Benchmarking
Uses your plant information, data about best practices, and current management policies to model performance at your site. Changes in these policies allow for "what-if" scenarios. (e.g., “How would my plant perform with 3 more planners?”) The "what-if" capability and modeling of real dependencies distinguishes our benchmarking from other assessments. The Cost of Unreliability is quantified and gaps in performance are targeted for improvement.
