Dynamic Benchmarking

Determine the high leverage points for making lasting change

Benchmarking is one of the key tools for evaluating and improving reliability performance. Most benchmarks provide little insight into cause and effect and don't provide any "what if" capability. Many fail to take into account the biggest benefits of greater reliability—decreases in lost opportunity and waste. With four core elements: data from your plant, performance differences in practices, analysis of management policies and change initiatives, explored in a series of three sessions, our model will provide a comprehensive understanding of the key leverage points that ensure success for your plant. With its emphasis on what is happening at your plant, our Dynamic Benchmarking model provides "the movie" instead of "the snapshot" and eliminates the worries about comparing your organization's apples to another organization's oranges, which eliminates the trial and error approach to change.

Discover which Stable Domain is achievable by your organization!

The advantage of the assessment using our model is that the impact of various practices and strategies can be easily examined to determine what level of performance your organization can achieve, but also, how far and how fast your organization can change

In addition, the assessment can:
  1. Clearly and concretely identify your site's high leverage points and
  2. Reliably predict which Stable Domain is achievable by your organization. This type of assessment leads to a very concrete plan of action that takes advantage of the high leverage points and eliminates low leverage activities.
