Our consulting services are available for companies who are currently using or considering The Manufacturing Game®, The OilPro Game®, Dynamic Benchmarking or any of our other products and services. Ledet Enterprises, Inc. provides hands-on support to your on going defect elimination and organizational change effort. Years of working with multiple companies and various industries has given us experience and expertise in what works, what doesn't work and what is necessary to "get the ball rolling" in your organization. In addition to consulting on our current products and their use within an organization, we can also create custom simulations. Custom simulations are created only on the rare occasions where our simulations cannot easily be adapted to a company's specific needs. Creating a custom simulation involves a group of our experts creating a computer model using system dynamics. To make sure that we have a complete understanding of how your system works someone from your organization must supply us with the pertinent information about your particular industry. Once the computer model is accurate and fully functional, we begin creating the board game. Only after testing it with an audience of experts and non-experts do we finalize it, train internal facilitators and hand it off to the client to use. Consulting Services: |
